Starter: Fish Tikka Kebabs with a fresh cucumber and pomegranate salad.

 

Main: Kuku Paka- a coconut and tomato based chicken and potato curry served with fragrant rice.

 

Dessert: Naankathai ice cream sandwiches - Cardamom spiced biscuits sandwiched with pistachio ice cream. (We would not be making the ice cream in the class)
