Starter: Focaccia bread with a pesto dipping sauce Main: A fresh lemon and herbed baked salmon with a creamy fettuccine (this can be done with a lemon chicken piccata) A side winter salad with kale, broccoli and brussel sprouts with tahini based Caesar salad dressing.
